− Exploring with key clients, market infrastructures, and technology providers SWIFT’s role in building a standardised, mutualized platform for tokenized assets.− Strategy owner of tokenized asset lifecycle experiment with Citi, Clearstream, Northern Trust, and SETL. − Extending SWIFT’s Financial Crime Compliance strategy for capital markets – namely screening & KYC -with the same stakeholders and the ISSA FCC working groups.

As of September 2017:- Responsible for SWIFT's business in Russia, Caucasus, Central Asia, Mongolia, Ukraine, Baltics, Balkans, and other Eastern European countries (EU and non-EU).- Managing two teams of account & country managers in SWIFT's Moscow and Vienna offices.- Member of SWIFT's EMEA Management Board, reporting to Chief Executive EMEA and Asia-Pacific.

- Overall programme management of SWIFT's ISO 20022 standard message analysis, development and customisation. - Member of ECB's T2S AG SubGroup on messaging and standardisation- Member of the 4CB MSR Working Group on messaging standardisation and registration- SWIFT Standards project team in close cooperation with experts from Deutsche Bundesbank, Banque de France, Banca d'Italia and Banco de Espana allowed the T2S team to deliver and gain approval for the specifications for +/- 120 ISO 20022 messages to the market on time and within budget.

I belong to the team that identifies and analyses the trends and opportunities that will impact SWIFT Standards.Within the Standards Initiatives team, I am responsible for Emerging Markets, across all business areas (Securities, Payments, Trade & Treasury). I am also the point-person for securities lending on the team, for all markets.

With a primary focus on securities markets, I provided standards analysis to standards-related initiatives and national market practice groups in emerging markets.Namely Russia, Ukraine, Egypt and the Middle East, Brazil, Colombia and Mexico.

Responsible for all client and management statistics for the Bank of New York's EMEA Global Custody hub.On the client statistics side:This involved the program management of the Client Report Card (CRC), built in-house, to cover both US Domestic and Global Custody for Securities Processing, Asset Servicing and Cash Reporting. In this role, I managed a $ 2M, 20 man-year project of business and functional analysts, IT developers and testers spread over three continents.On the management (internal) statistics side:My team was responsible for the timely provision of quantitative analysis behind executive decisions (unit costing, operational risk analysis, KPIs etc). In parallel, the team scoped and managed the implemention of a modern business intelligence platform (Business Objects based) covering all operational and HR flows.In this function, I headed up a team of 5 highly-skilled fast-track analysts.
