♦ Manage multi-disciplinary projects (mechanical, electrical, structural, process);♦ Perform on-site inspections and surveys;♦ Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing and special systems commissioning tests;♦ Coordinate estimates of technical equipment and products;♦ Write technical studies, inspection, compliance audit and monthly progress reports;♦ Coordinate tenders;♦ Develop the business of the company.Independent Certifier (IC) team for the new Hospital Center of the University of Montreal (CHUM) project:♦ Assist the Independent Certifier with certification activities, including compliance verification of deliverables with regards to contract documents;♦ Conduct on-site inspections and surveys;♦ Supervise mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and special systems (AGV, PTS) commissioning tests;♦ Open deficiencies as well as non-compliances and manage their closure;♦ Write inspection, audit and monthly progress reports;♦ Ensure at all times that the work performed by the contractor is in compliance with the standards and codes in effect for the project and the contractual requirements;♦ Coordinate activities with all stakeholders (client, contractor, designer, architect, operator);♦ Drafting technical documents with the objective of statute on contractual compliance of systems, equipment, networks, all disciplines, installed during Phase 1 and 2;♦ Providing technical, contractual and relational support to the entire independent certification team to establish a solid opinion, allowing for substantial certification of deferred work and minor irregularity lists.

♦ Realize energy audits in institutional, commercial and residential sectors;♦ Accompany organization in the bidding process; ♦ Contribute to preparation of grant applications;♦ Participate in project reports writing.

♦ Set customer satisfaction as a priority;♦ Act as the duty Manager when the owner is away;♦ Close the day and make sure the balance sheet is correct;♦ Manage the inventory.

♦ Assist the Project Manager in daily tasks;♦ Verify plans and cost estimates;♦ Negotiate expenses forecasts with supplier;♦ Do a daily follow-up in regards of change requests;♦ Attend site meetings.
