About Matthieu Pegon

A passionate of development and climate finance, I lead IDB Invest's Blended Finance team. The team oversees the deployment of IDB Invest's concessional funds towards high impact projects in developing countries, where risks are too high for commercial finance alone. Prior to IDB Invest, I worked in the largest climate finance multilateral fund and a global investment bank, with a focus on debt capital markets and Emerging Markets.IDB Invest, the private sector arm of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) Group, is a multilateral development bank committed to supporting the private sector in Latin America and the Caribbean.
