Mission :- Responsible for compliance with SLAs, OLAs, KPIs within the overall service lifecycleTasks :- Operational customer management with handling of Incidents, Problems, Capacitys, Change and Release Management to ensure SLAs, OLAs and KPIs are met- Developing reporting for customers and partners, providing clear and accurate information on key performance indicators- Support the technical teams from the detection of the incident until its resolution, in order to quickly restore the service and limit the impacts- Coordinating problem management activities- Managing task forces for major incidents ensuring coordination and communication- Vendor management and security consulting (SOC, CSIRT, DRP and Business Continuity plan) working with a dedicated internal team to ensure security of services- Coordination of resources allocated to deliver the contracted service, including management of external providers- Implementing sustainable solutions to reduce costs, consolidate processes, harmonise SLAs and follow best practice- Solution lifecycle management and contract renewal to ensure continuity of deliveryTechnical skills :Knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as DellEMC, VMvare, Microsoft, Amazon, NetApp, Nutanix, Cisco, Aruba to ensure the implementation of high performance and reliable solutions
