And while the HR services still were delivered, I changed the team setting to realize more Business Partnership connected to the new organization structure. Meanwhile we delivered special projects for the harmonization of employment conditions and setting up a payroll administration with an HR and payroll system. As a bonus I was asked to coordinate the new housing of the company. With a project team we developed a working environment that meets current trends and developments. My experience from facility management has come in handy. For this new environment I initiated a peer group of employees that successfully defined the new behaviours that are relevant in a new working environment. My period at Ecclesia has taught me more about the financial services industry and how change and business consolidation can be achieved in this Branche. The importance of communication and behaviour management are the subjects in which I have developed more deeply.
