Als Certified Cost Engineer (CCE) betrokken in diverse grote aanleg en onderhoudsprojecten (GWW) van Rijkswaterstaat, te weten:- Aanleg Nieuwe Sluis Terneuzen- Aanleg Nieuwe Sluis IJmuiden- Projecten Grensmaas/Zandmaas- Project versterken Afsluitdijk- Sluis LimmelDaarnaast een aantal grootonderhoud projecten zoals Maasroute Julianakanaal (JuKa), Groot onderhoud Stuwen (GRONST) en groot onderhoud Brabantse & Limburgse kanalen (GOVa).Als Kostenadviseur verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van kostenproducten, inbreng deskundigheid in projectteam en in onderhandelingen, financiële risicoanalyses, de financiële afhandeling van meer- en minderwerk, uitvoeren van nacalculaties en assistentie bij claims.

Period 3 - Consultant Cost Engineer at department Cost Engineering of the unit Major Projects and Maintenance (GPO)During my third period I provide the management with specific advice regarding costs for the project. My responsibilities are providing (sound) reports on costs and informing the project board.Period 2 - Consultant Asset Management at Mid NetherlandsDuring my second period I had the responsibility to develop and implement the corporate management of the RWS-partner project “Steering and guarding the city tunnel by RWS” (NL: Bediening en bewaking stadsbaantunnel gem. Utrecht door Rijkswaterstaat). Also I have performed the start-up of the collection of Performance requirements and boundary conditions of the areal. I also supported another small projects on behalf of the Asset Management Team and the Strategical Alliance Rijkswaterstaat-ProRail.Period 1 - Consultant Project Control at the tunnel project A9 GaasperdammerwegDuring my first period I was involved in the project A9-Gaasperdammerweg, which is a key project of the programme Schiphol – Amsterdam – Almere. In my role as consultant project control I was concerned with the development of control tools like dashboards and spreadsheets regarding time, scope, money, risks and quality management. I also was responsible for informing the board of directors on the control aspects.

As assistant project manager I supported the redevelopment of the centre Lekkerkerk and the centre Krimpen aan de Lek. My activities concerned taking care of the intern and extern alignments regarding the infrastructural works.

My final graduation project focussed on the actualisation of the Basic Requirements for civil engineering projects. My graduation project used a systems engineering (SE)-approach as a basis for the formulation of the Basic requirements. In cooperation with share- and stakeholders we realised two sets of specifications and a recommendation for the direction board.
