In this position I replaced a colleague who was on mandatory leave. I have taken responsibility to build and develop relationships with Facility Management customers and to gather service orders. I also participated in improving sales agreements and improving the execution of service contracts by ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems.

To obtain the Commercial Economics degree, I shared my expertise through my thesis about ‘creating value for the customer’. By solid desk research, internal interviews and customer interviews I developed my understanding. This resulted in an advise and implementation plan for both strategic and operational layers.
