Working on two programmes to grow the share of travel by public transport & cycling/walking: I project manage the Innovating Streets programme resulting in the availability of a $12M+ fund for local government and project managed the Mode Shift Programme streamlining 35 different NZTA interventions ear-marked by the Minister of Transport as key to increase the pace of change in NZ.

For TEC’s Online Career Planning solution for all New Zealanders, I project managed the business case phase and the business analysis/discovery phase with a team (6 FTE) of three BA’s, Data BA, Architect and Project Coordinator. At e-office I advised and supported organisations in optimizing their internal communication, collaboration and workflows by designing, creating and deploying the right ICT’s (mainly based on Microsoft technology). All of this from the perspective of people and organisation.Further activities evolved around (social) media projects within the e-office marketing and communications team.

Graduation research on new possibilities for BlackBerry support. After my graduation I worked for 3 months at the first- and second-line support desk supporting e-office's BlackBerry customers.
