CurrentAudit, review, and address any employee pay issues within Phoenix (CWA), PeopleSoft, and the Regional Pay System (RPS). Working mostly with backlogged issues (3+ years old), I am also part of an escalation team which deals with current, and urgently raised issues by employees. Issues are vast in complexity and nature.
