I joined the Ohio Hockey team to help support their finance team. As head of the finance and accounts, I am tasked with creating the budget and recording revenues from their ticket and merchandise sales.

The Loss Prevention Intern role was a rewarding yet interesting position within Amazon Operations. As part of the Loss Prevention team, I was tasked with identifying areas of improvement in Amazon Fulfillment Centers. My team and I discovered a process used within Amazon Fulfillment Centers by the Loss Prevention team. We analyzed the process to develop a solution to help better the process for Loss Prevention, Fulfillment Center workers, and Area Managers.

As the Project Manager, I am expected to help the owner complete multiple jobs while keeping the customer's best interests first. Often, I led teams of three to four workers to complete jobs in an efficient and effective manner. I call each member to certain jobs to assure the job runs smoothly. I also monitor and keep track of employee hours so the employee can be paid properly while ensuring the bill for the customer is correct.
