At 38 years’ old I was running the standard play. Work my way up the corporate ladder, make money, get married, post happy pictures on social media, keep everyone happy, yada, yada, yada.I had no idea who I was and what I was capable of. I was playing the game of life safe and small. On the surface I appeared happy but I wasn’t creating my life, I was responding and surviving a painfully average existence with entertainment, relationships, work, random sh*t I didn’t need, drugs, alcohol and others approval. Instead of asking others what I should do, doubling down on average and waiting to die (common strategy), I left my partnership with a headhunting firm and rebuilt myself from the ground up. I gutted my house down to the studs, defying the odds and radically changed my life past the age of 35 (It rarely happens — I explain more why this is so rare scientifically on my website).After learning to rewire my brain and body, I now teach others to do the same.
