Site Operations Manager-Medical Healthcare (Aba)
Oversee day to day operations for assigned center/site. Scheduling Manager-Medical Healthcare (Aba)
Responsible for creating, implementing and sustaining processes geared towards the successful 1:1 scheduling of behavior technicians (tutors) with clients (children enrolled in the early behavior intervention program based on indicators of autism) on a day to day basis. Managed a team of scheduling coordinators in an inner office setting that were responsible for upholding the company's customer service standards. Experience in process implementation was also utilized for creating, completing and delegating a multitude of functions/best practices as a support for the Payroll, Billing, Training, Human Resource and Operations departments that helped foster interdepartmental teamwork and success. Responsible for performance management within my supervisee team. This included real time training/coaching, weekly team meetings to review progress towards goals and upcoming actionable items for completion/deadlines, writing and delivering quarterly and yearly performance appraisals. Created, communicated and ensured training plans for new hires within the scheduling department were executed to standard. Recognized consistently for creating, implementing and sustaining programs, processes and best practices that greatly aided profit margin, while adding efficiency standards across departments.
