Key Illustration helps Denver area homeowners, architecture & interior design firms, business owners, real estate developers, and building contractors achieve their goals. One of three Associates serving under the owner of a high-end residential design/build firm. Responsible for sales, construction document production, cost estimating, bidding and project management. Managed client accounts through one-on-one meetings to vet project scope and budgets and presented design options along with well-detailed cost analysis. Coordinated with local building jurisdictions to obtain timely permits. Supervised projects to meet schedule and budget goals. Manage sub-consultant team including structural and mechanical, finishes and fixtures, cabinets, and landscape. Construction administration included site visits for monitoring quality. Project types included single-family dwelling additions and renovations, high-rise condo renovations, developer-driven house flips, and outdoor three-season living spaces. BIM production was conducted in Chief Architect, a powerful 3D platform that delivers detailed information and marries well with Sketchup and Vray. Owner Scott Sepanske helped me develop the science of listening closely, anticipating questions and closing the sale.

While at LGA, I worked extensively with Sketchup and Vray creating photorealistic design concepts and renderings which is my true love in the profession of architecture. I participated in creating many unique ideas in multi-family residential, commercial flagship store designs, hospital renovations, proposed cancer treatment facilities and family residential remodel projects. Responsible for directing internal team and serving as main point of contact for clients which refined my management skills and developed a high-level of discipline. Assigned to a remote team position in Austin, Texas. I developed many skills while working at the Lawrence Group which gave me practical experiences and it allowed me to develop my team leadership goals. Working at LGA required large amounts of self-discipline and personal leadership. I learned to find solutions to problems and move along, instead of asking questions and burdening management with an additional load.

Provided clients 3D project illustration/ visualization services in SketchUp and Vue culminating landscape, civil, architectural massing and design options, tenant development, and enhanced interior/ exterior perspective presentations.
