Guest Experience Manager
Current- Research and perform revenue audits and accounting functions of billing and revenue charges before, during and after Guest stays.
- Discover and report any accounting & financial discrepancies to executive leadership for further review to Pyramid Global Hospitality and Brookfield Properties.
- Manage operations for the resort during morning hours and solve any immediate problems in a quick and efficient manner.
- Perform emergency maintenance and operations in resort rooms, restaurants and common areas during late night hours.
