Current+ Responsible for leading the talent agenda for largest sub-practice in the Cloud and Custom Apps organization+ Provide strategic advice, counsel, and consultative solutions to Senior Executives on the talent management aspects by providing insights on employee and manager life cycle from hire to retire.+ Personally, responsible for driving organizational change and growth for 15000+ employees and managers.+ Define, execute and monitor Engagement Initiatives, overall Compensation and Investment strategies, Performance Management and Career Management frameworks.+ Oversee and manage Headcount Growth, Talent Utilization and Employee Retention to ensure optimal utilization and deployment of available Talent.+Drive organization level HR transformation ensuring effective managers and productive employees through better use of technology+Develop personalized retention strategy for the unit and was able to reduce attrition of critical talent
