• Serve as the primary liaison between Fortune Business Solutions and our valued clients through the delivery of a wide array of HR services.• HR Subject Matter Expert via telephonic consultations, e-mail, and in-person meetings with Owners, Upper Level management and employees.• HR services deliverables include, but are not limited to: handbook development and delivery, policy reviews, employee relations, HR compliance (Federal, State, and local regulations), HR strategic planning, new client on-boarding, new hire orientation, job descriptions, training, EPLI claims management, investigations, HR best practices, benefits and payroll administration items.• Preserve the highest degree of professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm and efficiency according to company standards and policies.

• Preserve the highest degree of professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm and efficiency according to company standards and policies.• Confer with senior leadership to drive elements of Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management, Development, Succession Planning and Retention.• Manage the process and implementations of payroll, benefits, employee R&R, retention, turnover, staffing & recruitment, development of management.• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.• Interview all candidates presented for detailed interviewing and include the use of face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.• Perform detailed credit, background and reference checking on selected candidates and review results.• Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in recruiting.• Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required.• Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.• Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.

• Provide consultation for facility policies, programs, training, personnel & development of staff.• Handle event management duties for special events and competitions.• Manage all social media streams and work closely with many of the facility’s sponsors.
