In this role I was involved with various projects including the design, development and maintenance of the RSSB rail industry Covid-19 Transmission Model which played a important role in keeping the industry well informed of the impacts of Covid-19 and supporting the industries decision making throughout the pandemic.Prior to the pandemic I led development of Safety Risk Model version 8.5 (SRMv8.5) and investigated the use of text analytics on the Network Rail Close call database

I was employed as a risk management consultant with ARCADIS UK where I have been involved in projects within the Oil and Gas, Nuclear and Transport industries.

I began at TTAC Ltd as a Research Assistant during university holidays and fulltime once graduated. I initially carryed out research, data classification and analysis, development of evidence-based risk models, business processes and safety solutions, and in 2009 was promoted to Consultant taking on additional responsibilities in the same areas
