I am confident that I can place my candidates with a role they are going to enjoy and feel rewarded in.My recruitment career has been varied through the years, from driving recruitment, to IT, where I was recruiting for people to change their lives by going on an IT apprenticeship then gaining employment from that in their forever role. I found great reward in helping people find a role they love, which led me to social care recruitment and Pertemps Social Care where I have continued to do so.As a recruiter with 9+ years of experience, I’m passionate about placing candidates in a role they truly want, working closely with them from initial submission, through to interview preparation and after care.
