Recent projects successes in the last five years include: 1. $25 million premium growth to our captive insurance program through risk analysis, service plan direction, and reduction of ergonomic construction losses to the captive by about $3 million.2. Shortened turn around times on critical recommendations from 45 to 60 days down to 20 to 30 days through aggressive partnerships with brokers and clients. 3. Directed and developed industrial ergonomics programs for a manufacturing company and a construction company that led to a 75% reduction in these types of claims over a 18 month period time.4. Solidified communication between internal and external business partners with weekly email/blog posts and monthly check in calls. Average attendance was 15 to 20 individuals over a 24 month period.5. Purchased and implemented a learning management system (LMS, SAAS) with a construction and manufacturing company to ensure 100% compliance (employee participation) with OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and 3rd party safety standards. 6. Reviewed and "repaired" over 150 fleet safety programs to assist commercial trucking organizations with DOT Safer Scores that exceeded the national average OOS%. The controls put in place included revision of written policies, discussion of fleet maintenance and driver training programs, telematics, and other engineering and administrative controls.
