The courses have covered a wide range of topics such as psychology of learning and development, the latest advances in educational research (e.g. educational psychology, neuroscience, technology), and how to implement research findings into practice. The courses incorporated various active and collaborative learning methods. Additionally working as an educational advisor in a research project on medical education.

Consultant for various schools and learning organizations in enhancing their learning practices with digital tools. Consulting involves analyzing the customer’s learning needs in cooperation with the customer and developing learning solutions that meet their needs. The position also includes selling and delivering the trainings as well as managing implementation projects and customer development processes. Collaboration with sales and marketing team and technical support team as well as colleagues all over Europe and US is an integral part of the job. The position also includes conference presentations, webinars and articles on digital learning.

Occasional coaching sessions for senior physicians in the fields of general medicine and psychiatry in order to improve their ability to teach and mentor their specializing physicians.

Developing teaching and learning practices in the Faculty of Medicine. Designing and delivering courses on university pedagogy for medical and dental teachers. Facilitating individual teachers to enhance their teaching practices. Designing a problem-based learning introduction and a teamwork skills module for medical and dental students and delivering them for several years.

Occasional lectures and group instruction on problem-based and collaborative learning for teachers from the fields of engineering and economic sciences.
