We are a non-profit organization made of young people who speak out, denounce and propose to make Italy a place where the youngest generation feel free, have the right tools and opportunities to grow and build a better future.We are divided into 12 territorial hubs organized in a national network, the Movement, led by a board of directors made up of volunteers: after 2 years alongside the Turin hub, I've been elected as Treasurer of the movement.As Treasurer of Visionary, I'm in charge of:- Supervise the economic and financial management of the association.- Prepare budgetary and final balance sheets- Fundraising

Takeoff is the first Italian accelerator dedicated to the aerospace and advanced hardware sectors, aiming at bringing together financial and industrial players to provide the selected startups with the widest support both in terms of network and professional skills.As the Program Associate of Takeoff, I'm in charge of all the operations related to the acceleration program: • Organise Workshops and Speaker Series with industry experts;• Support the selected startups in tracking their KPI, in the development phase and to get ready for investors;• Plan and manage events;• Manage the mentorship program.

On a daily basis, I'm mainly involved in CTE Next project, an initiative of Città di Torino (with 12 local partners) whose aim is to transform the city into a unique technology transfer centre.My role is to lead the team responsible for communications strategy, events planning and community building.

Research grant within the national project "Next Generation UPP" funded by the PNRR.Activity aimed at improving the diffusion of the Offices for the Process (UPP) and at implementing innovative operating models in the Judicial Offices. The aim of the project is to contribute to the reduction of both the average length of proceedings and judicial backlog.I also worked on the 2nd phase of InnoVentureLab, during which we monitored startup about to make a fund raising (seed and series A round). Similarly to the 1st phase of the program, here the purpose was to investigate whether there are factors that make startups more likely to raise funds.

Research activity, aimed at the realization of my master thesis, within the research project "Early-stage entrepreneurship and approaches to decision-making" funded by MIUR.The research took the form of a Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT), performed during the delivery of a pre-acceleration program for early-stage startups, InnoVentureLab (IVL): the purpose of the program was to investigate whether there are factors that make startups more likely to succeed.I analyzed the relationship between a scientific approach and 3 key indicators: costs, revenues and ideas quit.
