About Mattia Luchetta

Life has surprised me a million times. I've lived in 3 continents and learnt as many languages. I've done everything and more, from international cooperation to HR, from charity works to education. I've learnt to take challenges, to negotiate with people with different backgrounds and lifestyles, to look at problems as they were opportunities to improve myself.Nowadays I deal with training and development for an italian NGO.
