Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:- support the consolidation processes, including the recording of the consolidation entries and the reconciliation processes,- periodic controlling and analysis of the reporting packages of the entities belonging to the ELITechGroup;- preparation of the consolidated reporting and consolidation package (BS, PL and financial statement);- support in the preparation and controlling of the consolidated data by BU;- involvement in the group financial and performance analysis; - support in the preparation of the Group Annual Financial Report according to IFRS accounting principles- liaise with the external auditors and the external partners;- support in the preparation of the annual budget by legal entity and BU;- analysis of the potential Group accounting treatment, improvement and harmonization, including the evaluation of the new accounting principles;- involvement in the all special projects for the financial and accounting point of view (M&A, business combination, internal reorganization);- support in the preparation of the annual definition of the Group TP (Master-file).

Internal auditing activities for all the worldwide companies belonging to the Diasorin Group (listed on the Milan Stock Exchange), both commercial or manufacturing, in line with the audit program approved by the company's top executives.The activity consists in supporting analysis on field in relation with the scope processes based on theannual auditing plan, both on the accounting and management level and on internal process. Part of work is done in Italy and the other one is abroad, directly made at the company site. Daily activity is connected with controls requested by 231/01 and 262/05 laws, as well as to analize all the process (asset, purchase, inventory, sales, HR, closing report, treasury, tax).The general approach applied to test each process is the Financial Audit (International Accounting Standards) with the aim of verify the correctness of the accounting treatment and the controlling area, as well as the impact on the financial processes, the business and the related risks.
