Monitoring and coordinating design and operational procedures of the Fracm group as a whole, focusing in production processes, logistics and purchases; interacting with all the corporate officers and workers (approximately 200 people) to implement direct or indirect decision-making processes; managing the selection of recruits and arranging in-house training and development plans; supporting the owners directly, by means of strategies and synergies aimed at deriving full benefits from difficulties and opportunities; building relationships of mutual trust and motivating my team so as to ensure every project’s success.

Analysed, implemented and constantly developed the new corporate management system; reviewed office positions, selected and supported the recruiting of new personnel and the introduction of the departments needed owing to the increased corporate size; assisted new clients (multinational and large companies) during the start-up phase aimed at making production fully operational and strengthening relationships; coordinated and supervised corporate tenders (logistics, suppliers) both at financial and operating level, monitoring profitability and suggesting alternative solutions, where appropriate; organised team building activities and fixed weekly meetings with internal and external task managers in order to make the chain of command more effective as well as raise the awareness and skills of the people involved; managed problems and their resolution using all the available resources, such as meetings and improvement plans with clients, negotiations and change of strategies with the company staff.

As part of the Fracm group, Fracm Logistics Srl was founded in December 2022 as a result of the takeover of the businesses previously managed by external companies in order to provide the group’s customers with a tailored logistic and productive service. The company, which employs 80 workers, is specialised in painting, assembly and kitting activities, delivery plans and logistics, including on platforms integrated with the clients’ plants. As Fracm’s CEO, acting also as COO, I am in charge of defining Fracm Logistics policies and mission.

IP Industrie belongs to the Fracm group and produces air-conditioned cellars for Italian wines. Following a corporate reorganisation, the company is undergoing a relaunch to improve product quality, implement new technologies, review corporate processes and rearrange the work team, paying special attention to the corporate image and its development in the Italian and international markets, on the web and during the main industry fairs.

Identified, designed and implemented a tailored logistic strategy for large companies, including Ferrero, Artoni Trasporti, Sigma/Realco, Pircher; managed budget with the approval of the company management to ensure the service quality; managed autonomously the building sites under the company’s supervision; interacted actively with trade unions to inform about the company’s decisions and achieve an agreement, if necessary.

Planned, distributed and analysed timing and methods; managed software and workstations for seven production departments (2 automated islands, metallurgical laboratory, straightening, sandblasting, induction hardening and thermal deburring); coordinated the HR department and interacted directly with the owners based on the analysis of the customer needs; managed relationships with customers and liaised with management and production departments.

Identified and took charge of business leads; supervised the building site; designed advertising campaigns; organised the main fairs in the cities of Modena, Bologna and Reggio Emilia, carried out sales, met clients, offered specific advice on products, drafted and executed contracts; created the website; supported the marketing department through online promotion.

Developed and designed the plant and workstation layout; assisted with maintenance and ensured the proper operation of industrial installations; prepared Operational Method Sheets; trained technical staff; liaised with suppliers; implemented lean processes and managed component orders applying the Kanban method; studied, developed and started a highly-automated assembly line until it was fully operational.
