CurrentMy role as Product Design Coordinator involves leading the in-house design team at STIGA, ensuring design consistency across the entire company portfolio. I oversee both the organizational and operational aspects of the design process. Organizationally, I coordinate the design team, maintaining an overview of ongoing and future projects, and contribute to the development of new product and service ideas that align with the company's strategic vision. Operationally, I identify and implement a distinctive product language, both analog and digital, that reflects the brand's identity, applying it to all new tactical and strategic projects.
