My professional journey began with a one-year tenure in Chile at the esteemed law firm "Legal Partners Abogados Asociados," where I focused on civil law matters. Subsequently, I embarked on a new chapter in my career by relocating to the United States, where I have been deeply engaged in the field of immigration. Following an extensive year and a half as a legal trainee, I was granted employment status through an H-1B1 visa. My areas of expertise encompass a wide spectrum of immigration law, including proficiency in J-1, E-1/E-2, O-1A/O-1B, Adjustment of Status (AOS), Consular Processing (CP), and EB-1 for special abilities.
