- Recruited as the number two in the legal team, initially as Legal Counsel with responsibility for M&A, before securing promotion with a remit across the firm’s global operational legal function in Germany, France, Italy, Brazil, Asia Pacific, India and China.- Set up the legal operations function from scratch.- Hired and managed 15 multicultural legal counsels, based in seven locations globally.- Finalised 18 M&A transactions with deals located in North America, LatAm, Europe, APAC and Oceania.- Advised on and executed numerous crucial commercial contracts up to $100M value.- Broadened international experience, working across many of the firm’s geographical locations including two months in Taipei, Taiwan, four months in Shanghai, PRC and three months in Philadelphia, USA.
