I am an inquisitive and attentive software tester. I like working in agile projects and I often had the role as scrum master. I believe in working continuously to improve the way we work, which I am glad to say that I have seen increasing product quality dramatically.I have to be proactive, to point out when we are heading in the wrong direction, I have to care about, and familiarize myself with how the products are used. Being proactive means I have to be honest with myself, my colleagues and my clients and it gives me the necessary credibility and a possibility to have an impact.I encourage dialogue at all levels to reduce the risk of misunderstanding, because I know providing a common view will help reduce the cost and increase the quality of the products I help to develop.For me it is the challenges, the need to improve and discussions with my colleagues, that makes everything so exciting, that makes you learn something new all the time and that makes it is always fun to come to work.
