I spend most of my time working within the IT Industry. Through the years I gained experience from many different roles, including developer, architect, team leader, coach, manager, and teacher. Mattias also wrote a chapter in the "97 Things Every Programmer Should Know" about Code Reviews.I inspire and coach organizations, teams and individuals.
