My current stepstone for agile ways of working.

Scrum Master for the ticket app To Go and the Digital Sales Platform

Executed a pre-study and the implementation project for a new website at Smålands Musik och Teater.Project Manager for an implementation project regarding single sign on and care recipient context synchronization between healthcare systems.

Assignment as Project Manager, Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Ericsson Software Solutions in Borås.Mainly within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) domain

Consultant with roles such as Project Manager, Scrum Master and Agile Coach.

Besides the regular work as a Project Manager, I coached the software department (Software Solutions) in the ways of agile working. The software department did not only serve the local site with production systems, but also global systems within the Ericsson domain. Managed to put an agile work process in place were everyone felt more committed and the customers got a greater transparency for the progress.

A shorter assignment to kick start their development teams with Scrum and set up their internal and external work processes regarding meetings, documentations and toll gates.

Acting Program Manager for Ericsson’s new application store service eStore. Included set up of organization (operations, support, development, customizations), follow-up, budget responsibility and status reporting. Cooperation with a local test and operations center in India.

Project Manager for customization projects on the Ericsson MSDP platform for mobiles services. Had often multiple projects ongoing although one of the larger ones allocated most of the time. That project had 4 Scrum teams running at the same time, whereof one of the team was located in China.Coordinator of all customization projects on MSDP platform Planning, staffing and realization of both pre-studies and implementation of development project. Managed projects for customer specific solutions on the Kartena platform (map and navigation services). Customers for the projects were Scandinavian and South American companies. Also did a minor assignment as a system architect in Libya. Introduced Scrum as a way of working in the company.

Worked as a software developer for a group travel / conference booking system. In the development team I also had the responsibility for customer requirements and architecture. Introduced Evolutionary Delivery in the project.

Started out as a developer for integration services on Wipcore’s information system and e-commerce platform. Later on technical consultant and project manager for e-commerce solutions.

One of the founders but also a developer in the test lab were proof of concepts for the products were made. The company started out to developed a communications platform for distributed information but later on became a full fletched game company.
