The Zero Waste Toolkit is an innovative solution to South Africa's waste crisis. Our Zero Waste Toolkit offers a holistic recycling and waste management service focused on driving behaviour change. We work with schools and businesses, as strategic leverage points in turning the tide on the waste crisis. We partner with industry to provide affordable and appropriate recycling infrastructure and systems, roll out meaningful training and education programmes with key stakeholders, and provide ongoing support to our clients to close the loop and ensure sustainable and effective recycling that contributes to the growth of the recycling and circular economy.

I worked alongside Dr Julian Day to facilitate and co-facilitate collaborative strategy, complex problem-solving, sense-making, strategic planning and road mapping, decision-making, and change management workshops. I have helped facilitate a wide variety of team and group workshops for some of South Africa's top corporates and organisations including Standard Bank, Allan Gray, AngloPlatinum, Henley Business School, Auditor General of South Africa, Inside Data Group, Industrial Development Corporation, Dew Crisp, and the Endangered Wildlife Trust.

Dr. Julian Day, creator and founder of the Systemic Stairway® and Systemic Collaboration methodologies, initially trained me to co-facilitate strategy workshops and manage and deliver training programmes with key clients. I was commissioned to help him lead the ideation, development, strategy and launch of a new brand, Deliberate Collaboration, this included the development of online courses, new course offerings, a certification programme, website and learning management system development, and sales and marketing, amongst other responsibilities. I also played an instrumental role in publishing Dr. Julian Day's book.

SBS Connect (originally Sustainable Brothers & Sisters) was a community-based organization that provided a platform for individuals and businesses to engage in community-strengthening projects focused on permaculture food gardens, waste management, education workshops, and local entrepreneurship. We designed, implemented and fundraised for our projects. Our achievements include curating Walking the Daisies (2015-2018) a two-day immersive environmental and social action walk with over 150 people per event, running successful behaviour change campaigns such as Meatless May (2015-2018) and PlasticDetox (2017-2018), and implementing the Khanyisa Community Permaculture Garden Project in Langa (2017).
