I am a social entrepreneur, business builder, and facilitator committed to fuelling environmental and social change. I am passionate about sustainable development, the circular economy, nature-based solutions, climate impact and behaviour change. With years of experience in social entrepreneurship, education, corporate leadership development, and strategy facilitation, I've worn many hats. I co-founded and manage an education and circular economy start-up, and driven business development for an innovative collaboration and strategy facilitation consultancy. I have developed a diverse skillset spanning project and program management, business growth strategies, systems/process development, and the ability to solve complex problems. Thanks to the mentorship of Dr. Julian Day, I am a certified Systemic Stairway® facilitator and trainer, equipped with systems thinking, collaboration, strategy, change management, and team performance facilitation skills.I thrive working with innovative, purpose-driven teams and organizations that tackle key challenges. I enjoy deepening my understanding of a market, working across teams and getting my hands dirty to bring new solutions and projects to life. I hold an MCom in Economic Development from the University of Cape Town. I love surfing, the ocean, overnight hiking, and cooking delicious food for friends and family in between.
