I managed our subcontracted technical support team. I at the same time worked with the consultative technical support issues with for example our managed service or premium support customers. Usually they are a bit larger M-Files customers with quite heavily tailored M-Files environments that are utilizing more than average amount of different M-Files features and may have dependencies to external systems as well such as AD, Salesforce, Dynamics, SQL and different kinds of external repositories such as External Network folders, Sharepoint or OpenText Content Server among the others. Dependencies can be also from some other solution towards M-Files via M-Files APIs (COM, REST). The integrations more and more with the help of our Intelligent Information Platform/Layer (IML) do not need any more data migration from other systems. Data migration is not anymore needed as the IML connectors offer seamless visibility connection to the 3rd party systems via M-Files user interface. Supporting and troubleshooting customers'​ and resellers'​ technical M-Files related problems and issues via phone, technical tickets or remote connection to the customer environment. Working also partly within consultancy support team where typical customer cases are related to advanced product usage guidance, scripting support (for example review of customers coded scripts) and larger or premium-support customers'​ complex problems (requires deeper understanding of customers environment). Scripting languages that I have been working with lately are M-Files'​ Metadata configuration-XML and VBScript in M-Files automations (automatic properties and workflow customizations).

I created customer company data visualizations with Tableau software. The visualizations were composed of data from multiple datasources blended into same vizualization (For example: Excel, CSV, Microsoft Access, Facebook, Twitter, Google Analytics, MySQL and map data). I also developed a work time follow-up web application to Solutive Oy (with PHP/MySQL/Apache/Amazon AWS techologies).

High level error management activities planning (for example desktop product Nokia Link’s (Nokia N9 PC Software) Error Management activities ramp-up from scratch 2010, High volume PC products’ (many millions of users) Lotus Notes to Bugzilla database change planning and coordination 2011: 5000 error documents data mappings to new tool’s data and workflow formats, new process planning, data transfer, 150 users’ training planning and conducting), being error management area specialist and planning and coordinating other error management engineers’ tasks. Daily working language has been English. Error management databases and quality metrics solutions I have worked with are Lotus Notes, Bugzilla, IBM Rational Change, JIRA, QlikView, Quality Center, Excel and MS SysDev.

Responsibilities have been acting as an owner of multicultural software department’s error management process, tools, practices and overall error management area development. Daily Error Management engineer duties included also staff trainings, technical error/bug report quality control, filtering/triage and prioritization, process flow management and planning/implementation of quality metrics and views. The technologies used when creating Error Management related metrics and statistics have been Excel (Functions, Pivot tables), MS SysDev (SW Crash Metrics), XML metrics (Bugzilla), VB (Lotus Notes). Database deployment and integration projects that I have worked with are IBM Rational Change tailoring project 2005-2009 and requirement designing, implementation coordination and functionality testing of various database to database transfer/data sync agent softwares.
