My graduation from Helsinki School of Economics (Aalto University) was 1983 as M.Sc., majoring on marketing & logistics and later I had further studies in e.g., IMD and Harvard Business School. Working 18 years at Nokia in different logistics and global business management as well as program management positions was a great school in learning to understand the ways of business and technology in the Global Village.I love doing international business and was lucky to be able to do so with a Nokia sponsored spin-off company - Indagon Ltd. With a number of colleagues that joined the spin-off company we have been building day-by-day a better telematics and IoT competence since 2002. Our target is to become the leading brand in our own niche. See: www.indagon.com . We founded Vediafi Ltd with some fellow workers 2013 to meet ITS and logistics consultancy demand. Today Vediafi is a growing Finnish SME company delivering with consultancies and data solutions for sustainable logistics. See: www.vedia.fi. My networking activity started with founding of Finnish Benchmarking association in1990 and continued in ITS Finland where I had board memberships and participated working groups 2007-2017 and today in CaaS Nordic, where I was also founding member and Board member with special focus on orchestration of ecosystem development and pilots. CaaS Nordic promotes Corridor as a Service expertise, data sharing and living lab activities in regional and international cooperation. The purpose of the non-profit association is to promote the federation of digital & sustainable transport corridors in the Nordic-Baltic Sea region. See: www.caasnordic.eu
