Senior Mechanical Engineer in cell phone development. Being on supplier side of business was a new challenge where customer satisfaction is the first priority. Keeping the schedule without compromising quality was most important and each challenge must come to a resolution fast and with the highest standard. Daily work was cross-functional cooperation with other R&D functions, co-work with design team in China and factory ramp-up support. Along with mechanical part and system designer my role became being the problem solver and mechanical solution developer. My natural ability came a vital part in the success of our group.
