• Responsible for vendor compliance to Havertys Supply Chain standards regarding PO fulfillment and shipping standards / discrepancies.• Implemented Scorecard program to grade and track vendor performance on specific metrics. Metrics are based on logistic, receiving, and quality data retrieved from WMS by various queries. Scorecards are reported monthly or quarterly to vendors, based on business need. • Effectively communicate with distribution centers to prevent possible errors at point of receipt. • Create logs for each distribution center for discrepancy tracking and shipment reconciliation, until satisfied to corporate standard. • Built online access for receiving logs via Microsoft SharePoint for each distribution center. • Analyze WIP (work in process) reports from vendors to identify trends in PO fulfillment. This task is extremely important to our special-order program. • Assess, test, and implement new technologies.

• Manage all aspects of the operations group at Zapporoo – A Mobile App Design Firm. From concept to the app market, our company creates apps for individuals, groups or businesses.• The operations group includes our project managers, who handle the individual projects on a daily basis, as well as the IT framework for the company. My main focus is streamlining and managing our project development process. We accomplish this through hands on customer service, software / application integration and process evaluation.

• Served as a Genuine Parts Company (GPC) representative for all prominent wireless providers, such as AT&T / Sprint-Nextel / T-Mobile and Verizon.• Work included contract negotiations and oversight of those contracts. Managed inventory in excess of 5000 wireless devices.• Oversaw the Bill Pay and Accounts Payable process of GPC’s wireless accounts. These account values were in excess of $150K per month (per carrier). Required to perform analysis and audits of these accounts monthly.

• Implementation of JD Edwards Warehouse Management System (WMS) within various GPC/NAPA Distribution Centers. WMS involved / utilized warehouse automation, conveyor systems and RF scanning, as well as logistics / logistical analysis.• Provided on-site training to employees in regard to the use of the system, which was all inclusive training.• Aided in the redesign of several programmed functions of the WMS. Coordinated effort with the IT organization.
