The main portion of my role as a Media and Network analyst concerns assimilating and assessing a wide variety of data in order to make informed decisions about how best to optimise campaigns. Our campaigns are run in the RTB space using a proprietary artificial intelligence algorithm to generate the best performance for our clients. I 'move the levers' on this algorithm to maintain or improve campaign performance, as well as troubleshooting problem campaigns.I also run ad-hoc queries on our hadoop database using hiveSQL, perform standard analyses and develop bespoke ones for clients.My role also includes a fair amount of client contact, whether pre-sales or to present analyses.
