The Director of Technology and Distance Education leads others in developing a strategic vision for the college’s use of technology in multiple venues. The Director is responsible for IT assets and resources, the Clinical Practice Laboratory, the Simulation Center for Clinical Excellence, the computer labs and technology based initiatives in the college. The Director oversees fiscal resources for computer hardware and software. The Director assures that technology and other such resources are provided as well as training in using and troubleshooting technology and other resources. The Director assures that students are provided with assistance in use of technology and other learning resources as needed. The Director oversees the college’s learning resource center including human and material resources. The Director ensures that the CCN website is current and is updated annually. The Director is responsible for the technology utilized in providing courses through distance education.

Responsible for providing technical and applications support for all computer related functions in the Capstone College of Nursing.
