Converted over 1,100 vbscript FDM scripts to jython including very large data reconciliation, custom data protection, and automated batch processing solutions. Converted dozens of custom FDM reports to FDMEE BI reports. Provided several efficiency solutions to reduce data processing times. Trained off shore resources to support FDMEE and the client team to support the new FDMEE application.• Global Manufacturing Company – Lead a team tasked to upgrade multiple FDM 11.1.2.1 Applications to a single FDMEE 11.1.2.4 application including conversion of a lights out automation process loading over 200 files per batch, 8 files concurrently, and provide a detailed email customized for each user based on their security and including Check, Intersection Validation, and Missing Map Report attachments where needed. Also converted hundreds of custom scripts from vbscript to jython and over 30 custom reports from crystal to BI Publisher reports. Utilized a custom built set of database procedures to migrate artifacts between versions and to refresh mapping tables pre go-live. Developed custom data protection, consolidation, and reconciliation solutions utilizing the FDMEE and HFM JAVA API and a combination of custom and event scripts.• Global Wireless Service Company – Completed full lifecycle FDMEE implementation mapping, loading, and validating source GL Actual, Budget, Forecast, and DataMart data to HFM and Planning. Installed software, migrated and upgraded existing HFM and Planning apps, and then performance tested production with LoadRunner.• Global Manufacturing Company – Installation of Planning/Essbase/DIM environments. Stress tested with LoadRunner to assess reliability.• Large Healthcare Company – Planned and completed a multi-product upgrade from 9.2 to three new 9.3 seven server environments.• Large Energy Company – Full end to end FDM solution integrating with HFM including custom solutions for automated multi-period loading and transparency of key business processes within FDM. Provided full Administrator and Key User training sessions. Created large mapping tie out reports from source GL to target HFM members.• Large Manufacturing Company – Rebuilt an FDM application to integrate with a fully rebuilt Enterprise application . Created custom solutions to load supplemental data through excel templates in FDM as well as custom Crystal Reports to provide a more granular view of mapping security.• Directed and executed FDM stress testing to pinpoint product configuration issues requiring extensive environment replication in VMWARE. Also preformed advanced testing using VB scripting to add additional logging and automate testing in replicated environments.

After UpStream was acquired by Hyperion and IT and internal development responsibilities were no longer needed. Moving from Support to a Senior Implementation resource position at Hyperion and for a short time at Oracle was a natural progression. The implementations were all completed offsite under a pilot program called eServices offering remote custom consulting needs to clients as well as designing and developing all advanced custom scripting solutions needed by Consultants in the field and performing remote installations of FDM. As time progressed installations of HFM, Planning, and Essbase were added to the list of services and several installations completed before leaving Hyperion/Oracle.Also during this time, completed all Hyperion FDM installations at Hyperion until June 2007, over 50 in total world wide from pre-installation discussion to installation and verification. Installs ranging from single server FDM for Enterprise to 5 or more load balanced servers on SQL and Oracle. Many involving metadata updates to existing applications in previous versions. As well as custom script and report updates as well as report conversions from Crystal Reports to Active Reports.

Began as a Support Analyst at UpStream and quickly moved into a hybrid role assisting with Quality Assurance tasks such as Load and Unit testing new releases of software and serving as the Senior Support resource and liaison with Development. Along with advanced support, responsibilities included taking over all internal website development, development and maintenance of a new CRM system, and IT support of in house servers and networking technologies including Exchange Email, Active Directory Administration, and virtualization of testing servers with VMWare.
