Receive and organize all inbound customer equipment ranging from phones and computers to servers.Schedule work orders for equipment troubleshoot and repair.Investigate equipment issues and document current state problems. Develop solutions for customer equipment issues and implement fixes both physically and software-based.Work closely with company interns and train them to assist with equipment troubleshooting and repair.
