Provide process control and operations support at Philadelphia Water Department's SWWPCP. - Perform process and engineering management working with operations, laboratory, and maintenance departments to produce high quality waste water effluent.- Manage operations, maintenance, contractor relations, and budget for two cryogenic oxygen generation plants- Provide technical direction to lower level engineers, co op students, plant maintenance and operations staff- Write new standard operating procedures for new process equipment and updated operational control strategies- Research and recommend new equipment and engineering processes based on technological developments and changing process conditions.
