Matthew is currently Associate Director, Wholesale Credit Risk with primary coverage of the industrials portfolio. Previously, Matthew was Vice President, Global Credit and a Consultant with RBC Wealth Management, Dominion Securities. He is a former Equity Research Associate having covered the tech sector at Research Capital. Prior to then, Matthew spent 10 years at Raymond James Ltd. where he held progressively more senior roles reporting to the executive management team on broad commercial and operational activities. During that time, he worked on key acquisitions of wealth-management businesses involving debt and equity transactions as well as the national forecasting of revenue and asset growth for the Private Client Group line of business. His specialty in analytics is backed by his previous experience in the Strategic Initiatives division. Continuing his work in the financial services industry, Matthew sits as a Member of the Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds for Portfolio Manager, LDIC Inc. He is a former Board Member for the Conservative Party Electoral District Association. Outside of work, Matthew sits on the board of a charity focused on bettering the lives of at-risk youth. He studied at the London School of Economics and York University.
