Continuing my work expanding relationships between the university and donors. Engaging with alumni, friends, corporations, and foundations through active listening and marching donor intent with needs. Ability to speak with individuals about annual giving, major gifts, or planned giving interests to make an impact. Collaborating on gifts ranging from five to seven digits amounts. Leading interim Annual Giving department through transition and exceeding prior year goals for giving day. Supervising and educating students working inside Advancement so they can be annual giving aides and leaders in stewardship.

Being a member of WCU, my goals are that of advancing the university and the possibilities that our students receive from being a Catamount. Cultivating relationships, alumni and community engagement, and building the philanthropic needs of WCU are important focal points for success. With needs through scholarships, educational programs, and experiential learning it takes a strong team of people to make that happen. Working with internal and external partners to make that team is one I take with pride. Database management and utilization for optimal communication and donor life cycle continuation.

My role on our Global Technology team allowed me to aide in building the technological infrastructure for our 50+ internal team members, as well as provide as-needed technical support for franchisees in 73 countries. By providing continuous improvements to technical systems, I was able to help our staff maintain data security and continued support of the organization. In addition, my role required:• Remote technological support for international satellite offices in the United States, Ireland and India;• Development of training presentations and literature for employees based both in satellite offices, as well as in the field;• Cultivate lasting relationships and trust with international audiences, breaking language and regional barriers;• Coordination of new technology purchases, in line with budgeted costs and ensuring greatest cost efficiency and quality analysis;• Implementation and management of detailed inventory of global technology devices;• Ability to implement, manage, and improve systems for remote support, Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and the complete Office 365 suite; • Manage networks and full office setup through phone, email, video conferencing, and on site work;• Key member of Global Convention event coordination team, hosting thousands of individuals at multi-day event;• Strong cross-departmental collaboration with employees from entry level to leadership team; and• Build network and system infrastructures to fit the scale needs for all headquartered offices.

As a key member of the management team, I built a strong team and developed lasting relationships with sales associates, clients, distributors, and upper management. While with Zimmer, quality patient care remained a top priority, despite the ever-changing, fast-paced environment and focus on improving all aspects of the business.Specifically, my integral role required:• Monitoring inventory of high volume orthopedic supplies, with annual sales in excess of $100M;• Managing high-volume distribution of inventory to all orthopedic hospitals throughout North and South Carolina;• Training new management team members and other employees to follow company operations and safety protocols;• Establishment of new company practices, which improved morale and efficiency through operations;• Development and management of a system-wide software to aid in medical inventory, billings, scheduling, and reports; • Governed all new product rollouts, including staff training and compliance with supplier procedures;• Primary source of all A/V and IT infrastructure design, procurement, installation, and implementation needs;• Institute alternative sources in procuring product when facing vendor shortages; • Maintaining client relationships while dealing with possible shortages and production delays; • On-call support for all surgeries that require supplier support outside of normal hours;• Upheld the integrity of workstations, computer terminals, technical equipment and networking capabilities;• Conduct interviews for potential employees across multiple departments; and• Experience with rotational 24/7 on-call duties required to fulfill job scope and customer needs.
