This serves the purpose of assessing technical feasibility while also acting as an invaluable tool for iterative requirements gathering with clients to ensure their needs are met.Mentorship:Everyone knows code reviews are useful for mentoring and sharpening the skills of fellow engineers, but I don't think they scratch the surface of what is possible. For true mentorship, I've experienced firsthand the multiplicative benefits of engaging in pair-programming when possible.
