Global helps Colleges manage financial aid cash flow, improve cycle times, improve student service, improve enrollment, ensure compliance and save money by reducing administrative spend.

Developed a new education industry vertical as well as assisted with Finance and Accounting outsourcing market. Led marketing and lobbying efforts and worked to coordinate federal, state and local reach into the education market.

Left Perot Systems for a telecom industry startup called Green River Systems (3rd employee) that was attempting to build platform independent technology for telco equipment (i.e., soft switches). Consulted for telecom companies while we designed, developed and marketed the software. We were acquired by a larger, 100 person technology and services company called telecom technologies inc., where I ran product management, sales and marketing for one division. Reported to Ansari family ownership; tti was subsequently sold to Sonus Networks.

Roles included healthcare systems support and software development, business re-engineering under James Champy in various sectors, and sales in the telecom space where Perot and Lockheed Martin divided North America as general contractors facilitating Number Portability. We won 3 regional bell operating company (RBOC) regions and Canada. After selling was made responsible for program management for Bell South and Canada including initial work with the Canadian Telecom Regulatory group as well as Stentor and assisted with the management of Nortel as a sub-contractor. Primary spokesman for Perot at the RBOC meetings involving dozens of telecommunications companies ranging from the largest to the smallest. Frequently presented to groups of telecom executives as well as writing in industry journals.

Hired as part of a 12 person group of U.S. based graduates to eventually become in-country managers after being junior engineers supporting clients drilling for oil. Graduated 2nd in my start group by less than 1 point during a 4 month intensive training process in Houston. Trained in the gulf coast before being deployed for 2 years living on-shore and off-shore Nigeria, United Arab Emirates and Yemen based out of Lagos and Dubai. Under the supervision of a Senior Engineer or the Drilling Supervisor we created and maintained the fluids necessary to drill for oil including under advanced pressures, anomalies, etc. When not on the rig managed chemical inventories, shipping, warehousing, etc. including supervision of teams of in-country nationals.
