Consult with other IT management, other company directors, and executive leadership to prioritize development initiatives that support overall company objectives. Ongoing leadership, transition, and governance to a new enterprise software development methodology for Agile/SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) with continuous software delivery and flexibility. Direct applications development projects and coach managers throughout all phases of projects in order to complete them on time, within budget and within scope.
