Provide regular reporting and manage projects through to completion.• Led the development and documentation of process workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all service functions, resulting in process improvements through the identification and elimination of unnecessary steps in the workflows.• Successfully met and/or exceeded all SLAs over 6 quarters, while integrating 7 new functions and scaling program from 12 to 40 team members. This was done in parallel to supporting a YoY volume increase of greater than 100%.• Finalist for 2016 Outstanding Leadership Award.
