Spearheading the management and optimization of multiple company websites, collaborating with sales teams to align with business goals, pioneering new web products, and driving brand presence through strategic graphic design and marketing efforts. Proudly serving the leading manufacturer and reseller of strobe lights and accessories for police, fire, DOT, rescue, and off-road vehicles.

In 2012 I took on the challenge of starting my own technology company, Crypteks. I started off in data security and IT support for B2B clients, as well as complete website solutions. For the next decade I worked with many local businesses and municipalities to provide tech support and professional web solutions. On the tech end I provided server, workstation, and network support. I also offered managed email web services. I worked with many clients in a vast array of industries. I worked with startup clients and small businesses, as well as non-profits, municipalities, and fortune 500 companies. At the end of 2022 I was able to make my exit and am excitedly seeking my next venture!

After exiting Apex, I became the Encryption Specialist for South Coast Health System in Massachusetts. I was responsible for client data security on all devices (laptops, desktops,mobile) to ensure it was secure at all times to prevent liability issues. I was tasked with research, rollout, and support of the SOPHOS encryption application. It is a server managed application that provides enterprise level data security for organizations. I rolled this solution out at Charlton Memorial Hospital, St. Luke's Hospital, and Toby Hospital in Massachusetts, as well as to their network of doctors' offices and walk-in clinics. I also personally encrypted every workstation and laptop at every location owned by the South Coast Health System at the time. I then provided training to the IT Technicians and worked with them to support the data security needs of the organization.

Seeking a more challenging role with a cutting-edge company I found myself at the Apex Technology Group in Cranston, Rhode Island. What started out as a analyst/tech role evolved into managing the help desk workflow. I was also able to put my web designer/developer skills to use, which allowed the company to expand it's service offering to include web services. I worked directly with business partners to engage new and existing clients across a range of industries to provide professional web services.

I was presented with an opportunity to work at Bradford Soap Works, an international corporation based in Rhode Island and in operation more than 140 years. I provided support for the organization's technical infrastructure, worked with department heads to roll out new hardware and software applications, and provided internal IT support for all employees at the Rhode Island location.

My search for a more challenging role landed me at Westerly Community Credit Union in Westerly, Rhode Island. I provided internal IT support for the organization from top to bottom as well as maintenance and configuration of IT related hardware and software applications. This support extended to their three locations.

My career in IT started at the Computer Connection in Colchester, Connecticut. I was hired as a Computer Repair Technician, where I worked for a year, learning the logistics of supporting small business environments.
