There are 3 guys on staff and a part time Admin Assistant. I have done everything from develop marketing campaigns to taking the trash out. I was responsible for implementing our CRM software, was instrumental in the setup of a guests services team, set up a secure kids checkin, lead regular events, designed a guest follow-up strategy, and was involved heavily in one on one counseling spanning many issues. I was responsible for weekly public speaking, and leading volunteers in my department. The organization was about 70 people upon my hire, and has grown to about 300+. Much of my focus was on marketing, and design.
