- worked on a research project in energy storage, where by applying technology innovation management frameworks we were able to identify future trends and demonstrate that our work will act as valuable client material - developed a business case to take Cambridge Technology Centre off grid by investigating and evaluating different methods of energy management and different types of renewable energy generation- trained in top-down thinking and presentation skills

Impact Through Innovation Cambridge (ITIC) is a society whose aim is to tackle pressing societal needs by engineering cheap distributable products. - As Events Coordinator I led the organisation of all ITIC events in the year including: early recruitment events, a project speed dating event, socials for our members and the Innovation Showcase. The Innovation Showcase was for our 16 different projects to display their work and present it to a panel of academics and experts.- I was a member of a project team focussing on development of a complete sleeping solution for the current refugee crisis. The project received a Venture for Change Grant that funded the prototyping of our solution.

Consulted on a project for an international car manufacturer headquartered in the UK, focusing on operational and data management prioritisation in automobile design and manufacturing.- Identified key infrastructural opportunities in their data management - Analysed solutions within the context of the automotive industry to propose future changes to their current processes- Presented all of our findings to the clients in a final presentation in Coventry

- Led a cost reduction and improvement project in the Seal Fin Cell.- Used Computer Aided Design to program a CNC Lathe machine for the V2500 rear rotating air seal fin component. - Ran test trials on scrap parts in order to build up confidence in both the repeatability and robustness of the procedure.- Presented a business proposal on the project with a detailed technical report.

- Produced a feasibility report on the retail offering for All Saint’s Church.- Researched marketing strategy, competitor analysis and product ideas in order to evaluate future financials and likelihood of success.- Developed consulting, presentation and project management skills at the training events that were held by KPMG and Judge Business School.

- Analysed incident reports of a damaged vessel, summarising possible causes and outlining crucial factors involved. - Researched ship terminology to create and annotate a photographical report that was used by a senior partner.- Modelled a ship’s propulsion system using Excel that allowed for sensitivity analysis.- Gained exposure of communications at client meetings both on and off-site.
