Warranty and Maintenance technician responsible for the overall smooth and efficient operation of the rolling stock maintenance in line with policies and procedures. Ensuring all preventative and corrective maintenance is carried out in a safe manner and in line with all health and safety guidelines.Responsibilities included but not limited to - Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance on all aspects of CAF NZ rolling stock of 57 Electric Multiple Units in line with CAF policies and procedures - Fault finding and rectification using mechanical and electrical schematics - Updating the Maintenance Management System to reflect the status of tasks- Recording material movements - Ensuring tasks carried out meet the quality requirements of the relevant Railway standards.

Stoke Gifford

- Responsible for undertaking corrective and preventative maintenance, fault finding, servicing and repair of Class 800 rolling stock systems.- Validate maintenance instructions and procedures,- Ensure all work is recorded correctly on maintenance management systems (SAP).- Adhere to all health and safety processes and procedures.- Support maintenance team leaders and shift production managers and advise on state of 800 units and depot equipment

St Phillips Marsh Hst Depot.

- Responsible for undertaking corrective and preventative maintenance, fault finding, servicing and repair of Class 14x, 14x and HST rolling stock systems.- Validate maintenance instructions and procedures,- Ensure all work is recorded correctly on maintenance management systems (RAVERS, R2).- Adhere to all health and safety processes and procedures.- Support maintenance team leaders and shift production managers and advise on state of 14x, 15x and HST units and depot equipment- Hold competencies in using equipment such as fork lifts, vehicle jacks and DPS.
